Join us for an evening with key players in the real estate industry for a reception, networking and conversations highlighting brownfields properties. Brownfield properties are properties that have lost value because of real or perceived environmental contamination. The Brownfields Transaction Forum focuses on brownfields redevelopment opportunities, ventures, and successes. Does your property have the right stuff to make the cut? If so, tell us more!
The Oklahoma Brownfields Conference Transaction Forum subcommittee is currently accepting applications for you to exhibit your brownfield redevelopment properties and projects to participate in the Forum. We're seeking the best brownfield redevelopment projects to highlight for potential developers, investors, bankers, and brokers. Submissions will be screened for eligibility as a brownfield property under state and federal law and for quality of showcased properties.
Whether you’re a municipality, corporate property owner, partnership, or sole proprietor, you’ll want to take advantage of this opportunity to showcase your property. The Transaction Forum is an effective way for you to promote your site to an audience knowledgeable about redevelopment, including:
- Corporate deal-makers seeking property for new facilities
- Commercial property owners looking for potential buyers
- Private developers interested in property redevelopment
- Lenders knowledgeable about redevelopment of distressed properties
- Attorneys engaged in real estate transactions involving environmental issues
- Environmental consultants experienced in Phase I, IIs and remedial options
- Local, state and federal government staff providing information about liability relief, financial incentives, and free technical assistance
Selected applicants must be paid attendees, have a representative available during the forum, and comply with presentation standards.
